We will incentivize teachers through two approaches:

  1. Convey the benefits of becoming supervisors
  2. Use laptops as an incentive for continuing as supervisors

Our first approach to incentivizing teachers will be communicating the reasons and benefits of becoming supervisors. These include:

In addition to communicating the benefits of supervising students, we can also incentivize teachers through another approach.

Laptops as Incentives for Continued Supervision

A secondary avenue to incentivize teachers to become supervisors is rewarding the teachers with useful classroom tools, such as a laptop, after a continued period of supervision.
